Mr.Kaweesilp Srimaneetham, Managing Director of GP Auto Parts Limited, received the SMEs Excellence Awards 2018 at the Platinum level (highest award) from Dr. Uttama Savanayana, Minister of Industry, on November 29, 2018. This recognition affirms our leadership in the automotive parts distribution business, emphasizing customer focus and continuous improvement and innovation under internationally recognized standards.
GP Auto Parts Limited proudly received the SMEs Excellence Awards at the Platinum level, the highest accolade, from Dr. Uttama Savanayana, the Minister of Industry. The SMEs Excellence Awards initiative was launched in 2011 by the Thai Management Association (TMA). It aims to recognize outstanding SMEs with excellence in overall management and transparent business practices. The project collaborates with various commercial banks to nominate up to three exceptional SMEs, and GP Auto Parts Limited, nominated by the Thai Military Bank, competed for the prestigious award in 2018.
For the SMEs Excellence Awards, the criteria used for selection consider the organization’s management across seven dimensions crucial to business success. These dimensions include leadership, marketing management, human resource management, financial management, retail or wholesale trading processes, innovation and creativity, and sustainable development or social responsibility. The judging and scoring are conducted by a qualified committee from TMA and 21 leading executives in the country.
