GP Mobility Public Company Limited is committed to conducting business with integrity under the framework of good corporate governance. The company recognizes the importance of receiving whistleblowing reports or complaints, as well as preventing misconduct and fraud that may arise from operations and interactions with stakeholders. Therefore, we provide opportunities for employees and all stakeholders to report whistleblowing incidents or file complaints regarding actions that conflict with or are suspected to violate laws, regulations, rules, practices, or business ethics of the company.

Our aim is to set a good example for society by adhering to the principles of good governance, code of conduct, and business ethics to demonstrate responsibility towards society, the environment, and all stakeholders. We will conduct business with transparency, fairness, and accountability as detailed in our Whistleblowing Policy.

Scope of Whistleblowing or Complaints

  1. Actions that violate the law or non-compliance with good corporate governance policies, business ethics manual, and anti-corruption policies
  2. Violations of company rules and regulations
  3. Falsification of financial documents and deficiencies in the company’s internal control system
  4. Actions that constitute a Conflict of Interest
